Application to Dismiss Successful

Quentin appeared at the Guildford Crown Court for HD who was accused of a GBH attack on a fellow party guest during birthday celebrations. HD denied that he was responsible for the assault and questioned the identification. Following successful legal argument by Quentin the Judge dismissed the case pre-trial and ordered a Not Guilty verdict.
