Health and Safety Conviction

Being briefed for the prosecution on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive, Quentin secured the conviction of ML by a jury at Norwich Crown Court in respect of breaches of section 3 of the Health and Safety at Work Act relating to potentially fatal electrical installations at a workshop in Norwich.
