Food Hygiene Success

Quentin appeared at the Woolwich Crown Court on behalf of AO who was accused of selling food unfit for Human Consumption. In relation to the sale of Ugandan Bumba Clay and peanuts Quentin was able to secure the acquittal of AO on a technicality, arguing that as the items were stored outside of the shop front area they were not for sale. The jury agreed- Not Guilty.
