Failure to Stop at the Scene of an Accident

OD is the son of a Russian Oligarch who wanted to remain conviction free to allow him to travel unhindered to the United States. Following successful negotiation with the Crown Prosecution Service Quentin had the case dropped before trial. The prosecution offered no evidence and a Not Guilty verdict was entered.
