Quentin Hunt was instructed by the Health and Safety Executive in a high profile case at Canterbury Crown Court regarding the failure of a tyre fitting company to protect its employees form risks to their Health and Safety. The company’s failings led to the death of a young tyre fitter when a large tyre exploded while he was working on it leading to fatal injuries.

Following successful prosecution, the company was fined £1,000,000.00 and ordered to pay the costs of the Health and Safety Executive.
